I have international clients, clients with small babies and clients with day jobs so I know this is a biggie! Once you register you vote on the time that works best for you, but your pod will be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:30 pm pst. We will have three calls per month - one workshop + two pod calls.

Over the 6 months together almost everyone has at least 1 month where they are MIA because of something fun like travel or a wedding or something hard like medical treatment for a loved one.
The program is designed to fit around your life, so that you can come to the coaching calls when you are in town (or take the call from your phone) and can access recordings or alternative support on busy weeks- like posting for reviews or questions in the community channel. All calls are recorded and well organized. All resources are well organized for easy access.I also include a training that helps you prepare to take 2-6 weeks off in your business while maintaining your income and marketing.

Pods range from 4-12 women. Big enough to find new friendships and opportunities and small enough to get lots of personal attention and strategy with me every week. My team assists with tech needs but I am the sole coach in the program and you will always get 100% of my attention and care- I treat your business like my business and always reply within 48 hours on weekdays (and sometimes faster if I’ve had my green tea).

I work best with women with online service based businesses (i.e. life coaches, business coaches, birth professionals, virtual assistants, therapists, graphic designers, online course creators, speakers, social media managers, OBMs, podcast managers). The program is not the best fit for product based businesses, women that are using an MLM as their sole income, or women that desire to only sell low priced-info products in their business.
