Episode Summary:

Recently, I transferred $10,000 from my freedom fund to pay for flights, language school, and an Airbnb for a month abroad.

Two days later, a $9,500 tax refund landed in my account. I wasn’t surprised.

Over and over, the universe has shown me that my savings ( what I call my Freedom Fund) is safe to use. And when I use it with intention, more comes.

In this episode, I’m sharing the belief that changed my relationship with money forever: it’s safe to spend your money. During my divorce, I was still saving for “a rainy day,” until I realized I was already living in it. I had to learn that money is meant to support me, not sit untouched while I struggle.

So many heart-centered women know how to save. But we grip tightly. We hesitate to spend. We restrict the very flow we say we want. When you mindfully spend, when you open your hands,  money moves. And movement creates more movement.

This episode is an invitation to release constriction, use the pretty dishes, and let your money breathe.

Topics:

  • The energetic difference between constriction and circulation

  • Lessons from my divorce about financial self-trust

  • Why heart-centered women struggle more with spending than saving

  • Money mindset affirmations for intentional spending
