Lately, I’ve been feeling a little “behind” in business. Not behind in a dramatic way, just not as far ahead as I’m used to being. Between the heaviness in the world and some personal challenges my family has been navigating, I’ve had to adjust my schedule, work a few late-night sessions, and give myself permission to not always be 57 steps ahead.

Work that only just now paid off emotionally and practically. It reminded me that in business (and life), results are almost always delayed. We live in a world wired for instant gratification, but the most meaningful wins like $100K years, paid-off debt, buying homes, stable peace… often take months or years to fully land.
